Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actress and musician. Her fame is based on her work in the theatre and also her role in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. The year 2006 saw her recorded the Disney track Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) to be used in the edition Disneymania. The song A Change in Me the famous song from Belle van der Pol's Broadway musical soundtrack was recorded by her in connection with the role she played as Belle van der Pol.
